Resignation of Cary Clairborne as Chief Financial Officer

Further to the announcement on February 3, 2017 regarding Cary Claiborne stepping down as Chief Financial Officer, the Company confirms that Cary Claiborne has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from March 7, 2017.
